For the 2024 holiday season, Maxence Barbot, pastry chef at the Shangri-La Paris, unveils an exceptional creation: the Triton log. Inspired by the shores of Brittany and sublimated by festive flavors, this log, in limited edition from December 9 to 31, is an ode to elegance and gourmandise.

Among the sublime and exceptional Yule Logs, we unveil Maxence Barbot 's for the Shangri-La Paris. For this Christmas 2024 at the palace, the Pastry Chef has created a crazy log in the shape of a Triton, the famous shell from the shores of Anse du Guesclin near Saint-Malo. It's a poetic tribute to the Breton coast from which he hails. This creation is a marriage of gourmet goodness and graphic design, which should enhance your holiday table.

Priced at €128, the Triton log is available as a limited edition. Already available for pre-order, this log is then available to take away at La Bauhinia restaurant from December 9 to 31, 2024 inclusive, by ordering at least 72 hours in advance on 01 53 67 19 91, online or by email at labauhinia.slpr@shangri-la.com. The panettone, priced at €48, is available from December 1, 2024. This log will also be available as an individual portion at the Bauhinia restaurant on Christmas Eve.
