On the evening of December 31, 2024, 's chef orchestrates a 5-course tasting menu with a vegetarian option at €210 per person (plus €49 for a wine and food pairing). The menu promises an ode to gastronomy, featuring fresh, seasonal produce from local, sustainable sources.
