Maison Gana, which operates in many of the capital's arrondissements, unveils its galette des Rois forEpiphanie 2022. Gana is a family story that goes back over 100 years. Originally opened by Bernard Ganachaud, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur, Gana bakeries are now run by the family's children and grandchildren!
ForEpiphanie 2022, boulangerie Gana unveils a traditional almond galette from our childhood, combining a crisp, airy puff pastry with a buttery taste , and an almond cream spiced up with a secret ingredient that has made this galette a success for 5 generations. In other words, the Gana family knows how to keep their recipe a secret!
Inside, for those lucky enough to stumble across it, the Gana bakery has hidden a bean imagined by author Tiffany Cooper. The illustrator has created a collection of beans, similar to the 7 families game, pop and colorful .
