During our tasting, we were seduced by the soft texture of the galette, which contrasts nicely with the crispness of the puff pastry. The aroma of the pandan blends harmoniously with the delicate flavor of the coconut, offering a truly exotic taste experience. This galette is available in two formats: individual, at 7€ (without bean), and for four portions, at 28€.
The ceramic beans that accompany the galettes are made by artist Angéla Ly (Aly ceramics), adding an artisanal touch to this culinary experience.
