Here's an opportunity you won't want to miss! Every year, on the third weekend of September, the Heritage Days take place all over Europe. This flagship event in the cultural calendar invites us to explore our heritage through a wide range of original visits and events. For the occasion, museums, monuments, castles and churches lend themselves to the game and reveal their secrets. Places that are usually inaccessible to the public, including ministries, major institutions and embassies, are also getting in on the act and exceptionally opening their doors to us.
In all four corners of theParis region, heritage is in the spotlight during this exceptional weekend. There's something for everyone, from families and friends to couples and individuals. Whether you're a family member, a friend, a couple or a solo act, there's something for everyone. What's more, why not take advantage of the opportunity to discover the treasures of the Seine-et-Marne region of the Paris region? The 77 department boasts a rich heritage that is often too little known! One example is the town of Lagny-sur-Marne, a charming hillside commune on the banks of the river. In addition to its bucolic setting, Lagny-sur-Marne also boasts a fine medieval heritage , which you can discover during the Heritage Days!
