The Journées du Patrimoine are back for their 41st edition. On the weekend of September 21 and 22, 2024, numerous private and public venues will be opening their doors to you, and offering a special program. Enthusiasts and the curious, young and old, come together to enjoy a host of cultural highlights at monuments, museums, ministries, embassies, libraries, hospitals, fashion houses, schools, major institutions and many other fascinating venues. A great opportunity to explore the heritage of the Île-de-France region over a weekend.
Châteaux are also getting in on the act, and all over the region, sublime buildings steeped in history are unveiling their special programs for the Journées du Patrimoine. In the Seine-et-Marne region, the Château de Ferrières, located in Ferrières-en-Brie, is taking part. This listed historic monument, inaugurated by Napoleon III, is sure to impress with its beautiful neo-classical façade and English garden. Discover the program for this weekend!
