We can't say it enough, beware of phishing, these attempts to scam you by sending fraudulent emails. The idea is to pretend to be an institution that is supposed to have your bank details, and to ask you for them again, in order to steal money from you. This time, Île-de-France Mobilités has been targeted by a phishing campaign. This weekend, subscribers to the Navigo pass received an email inviting them to renew their payment method.

You have received an email with the subject "Navigo - Subscription suspended"?
Do not click on the link, it is an attempt at fraud.
Reminder:
➡ Check the sender's email address
➡ Always log in to your account via the website or app
If you have received such an email, please do not click on the link indicated. In general, it is rare, if not impossible, that an organization such as Île-de-France Mobilité, or any other organization likely to be the victim of such a campaign (banks, parcel deliveries, etc.) asks you for your bank details by email. However, if you have any doubts, don 't hesitate to call them to ask for confirmation. This will save you a lot of trouble.
If, despite everything, you have been tricked, do not wait to block your credit card and your bank account and do not hesitate to file a complaint.
