This Friday morning, July 26, just a few hours before the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, three Greater Paris lines are disrupted: the RER D, and the H and N transilienne lines.

As Paris prepares to unveil the famous opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on the Seine River, there's trouble on the transport front this Friday morning, July 26, 2024. On part of the Île-de-France public transport network, several technical incidents are disrupting certain lines.

The lines affected are the RER D (part of the Réseau Express Régional), and the H and N lines of the Transiiliens network. These three lines are operated by SNCF, which has also been the victim of malicious acts on its high-speed lines. On the RER D, the RATP website reports three disruptions:

- The stop is not served at Stade de France Saint-Denis en direction Creil due to a signal failure.

- Traffic disrupted between Villeneuve-Saint-Georgesand Orry-la-Ville - Coye due tosignal failure

- Traffic disrupted between Juvisy and Malesherbes via Ris-Orangis due to a technical incident

On the H line, traffic is said to be disrupted on the entire line, again due to a technical incident, while on the N, it's the section between the town of Rambouillet and Gare Montparnasse that's experiencing disruption for the same reasons mentioned above .
