Users of the Ile-de-France transport network will need to be patient this weekend, October 5 and 6, 2024, especially those using the RER and Transilien, although these disruptions remain concentrated on certain lines. Here's all the information you need to know about how to get around on these two days.

On the RER C, traffic will be interrupted between Invalides and Juvisy/Massy Palaiseau throughout the weekend. In the evening, from 11.10pm, trains will not run between Brétigny and Saint-Martin-d'Étampes, and from 10.35pm on Sunday, the section between Dourdan and Juvisy will be closed, with replacement buses in place to facilitate journeys.

On the RER E, from 10.30pm this Saturday until October 13, traffic will be interrupted between Haussmann - Saint-Lazare and Tournan, also compensated by buses.

Transilien trains will be particularly affected. Trains on line N will be interrupted on Sunday from 00:35 between Rambouillet and Montparnasse, and from 1:05 between Versailles Chantiers and Montparnasse. The section between Épône-Mézières and Mantes-la-Jolie will also be closed all weekend until 4.30pm.

Line J will also be interrupted on Sunday, from 8.30pm between Argenteuil and Gisors, and on to Mantes Station at 8.50pm. Finally, the Usline will be at a complete standstill from 10.20pm on Sunday.

On the metro side, only line 12 is affected, with a total interruption of service from 10pm this Sunday due to modernization work. As for tramway T1, traffic will remain cut off between Gare de Noisy-le-Sec and Escadrille Normandie-Niémen until March 2025, and the Hôtel de Ville de la Courneuve stop will not be served until January 28, 2025.

Replacement buses will be available for any interruptions, but it is advisable to plan ahead to avoid unpleasant surprises.
