The Île-de-France region is hosting numerous Olympic venues for these Paris 2024 Games. Between the Olympics and the Paralympics, many venues differ and two of them are entirely dedicated to handisport, in Seine-Saint-Denis.

Château de Versailles, Stade de France, Stade nautique de Vaires-sur-Marne, the Île-de-France region has many Olympic venues, to come and watch athletes from all over the world compete during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. But some of them are not the same for both competitions and will disappear from the maps between the two sessions, like the Bourget climbing venue or the Olympic Aquatic Center. On the other hand, two new sites will appear for the Paralympics, entirely dedicated to parasport.

These two new venues are located in Seine-Saint-Denis, the Paris region that will host the most Olympic venues, along with Yvelines. The town of Clichy-sous-Bois will host the start and finish of the para-cycling event, from September 4 to 7, 2024, around a loop of 13.9 km and 140m of positive gradient. Riders will leave the boulevard Emile Zola towards the Bondy forest, through the communes of Coubron and Courtry, before returning via a 4.7% gradient. The roadsides will be open to the public free of charge!

For the para-marathon, the Parc Georges Valbon in the heart of La Courneuve will be the Paralympic venue. This green lung of the département will launch the start of the handisport marathon on the last day of the Games, September 8, 2024, before the runners head for the center of the capital and the esplanade des Invalides over 42.195km. In addition to its sporting role, the park is set to thrill locals and tourists alike, as it transforms into a fan zone throughout the competition, with a host of free events!
