It's official! Luigi is back with his ghost vacuum cleaner for a triumphant return on Nintendo Switch. Available since June 27, 2024, Luigi's Mansion 2 HD offers to rekindle the thrills of the original version released on 3DS in 2013. This remaster invites players to plunge into the dark corridors and puzzles of the Valley of Shadows, where evil spectres sow panic after the mysterious destruction of the Black Moon.
In this enhanced version, Luigi, armed with his trusty Ectoblast 5000, must traverse a variety of haunted environments, from an abandoned botanical laboratory to a snow-covered mine and a dilapidated clock factory. Players must use the Spectroflash to dazzle ghosts and theEctoblast 5000 to suck them in, while collecting objects and solving mysteries to progress through the adventure.
Professor K. Tastroff, an expert in paranormal phenomena, guides Luigi on an epic quest to recover the fragments of the Black Moon and restore peace to the valley. Players can also enjoy a multiplayer mode, where up to four friends can join together online or locally to explore the Haunted Tower, full of traps and ghosts exclusive to co-op mode.
