A new mode is coming to Fortnite! Discover Fortnite Frenzy, an early access game mode within Battle Royale from December 11, 2024 in early access. This mode offers a competitive experience in first-person view, pitting two teams of five players against each other in strategic, round-based clashes.
In Fortnite Frenzy, players are divided into two distinct teams: the attackers, who must place a "Rift Point Device" on one of two areas of the field, and the defenders, whose job it is to prevent this operation. Victory is achieved by winning seven rounds, with each team alternating roles after six rounds. With no reappearances, each elimination becomes crucial. Credits accumulated over the rounds enable players to customize their equipment, including a variety of weapons such as the Nemesis AR and Reaper Sniper.
The mode also introduces unique tactical gadgets, such as fragmentation grenades or protective shields, allocated to each player according to their initial choices. Players can also share weapons and resources for optimal coordination. From launch, Fortnite Frenzy will include the Skyline 10 map and an initial arsenal, with updates planned to enrich the experience based on player feedback.
