Green fashion addicts can be happy, French eco-friendly sneaker brand Veja opens its first store in Paris. Meet from September 20, 2019 at 15 rue de Poitou in Paris 3rd arrondissement.
Launched in 2004 by Sébastien Kopp and François Ghislain Morillion, Veja has been seducing trendy Parisians for a while now. Veja provides eco-friendly trainers made in Brazil in the Fortaleza region, respecting mankind and nature and based on organic raw materials.
Veja – meaning “look” in Brazilian – actually offers to look beyond the result of the trainer and to ask about the fair and right fabrication process.
With this new store, Veja continues conquering the market bigger every day.
The opening of the store is also the occasion to celebrate the launch of the latest post oil running trainer pair, the Condor. A unisex running shoe that is technic and ecofriendly. And yes, it’s plastic free, contrary to 99% of the running shoes available on the market.
So, what are these shoes made of? They are made of alveomesh upper based on recycled plastic bottle, an outer sole made of wild rubber from Amazonia and rice waste and an inner lining made of jersey and mixing organic cotton and recycled polyester.
You can get it for €130. And no need to be a marathoner to wear the Condor, the daily urban life sport is more than enough!
