Running to denounce and fight against sexist and sexual violence is the project of this event, back for a 6th edition in Paris. The Sine Qua Non Run race awaits us this Saturday, March 9, 2024, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Starting from the Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, hundreds of women and men are expected to run against this scourge. All proceeds from the race will be donated to associations fighting aggression against women and girls, includingUN Women.
Two races are on offer, depending on your motivation: the 6km or 10km. The start will be at 6pm, just as night is starting to fall and women generally feel increasingly threatened, whether they're exercising or going home every day. A digital version is also available to mobilize against violence against women, throughout France and the world.
Of course, the Sine Qua Non Run is open to women as well as men. Its aim is to show that our society can evolve towards greater equality and mutual respect, but also to initiate discussions and raise awareness of the physical and psychological impact of sexist and sexual violence on women, all in a positive and energetic atmosphere!
Put on your sneakers to fight against sexist and sexual violence, and enjoy this race in a friendly atmosphere.
