Sport at the museum- it's possible! Like the Musée Carnavalet, the Musée Jean-Jacques Henner, in the 17th arrondissement, is offering yoga classes amidst the works of art, one Saturday a month until June 2025. This unusual activity invites you to let go in a privileged setting for almost an hour, accompanied by yoga teacher Camille Voituriez.
The museum's Salon Rouge welcomes you in an intimate setting, in small groups, to try your hand at vinyasa yoga, a dynamic and invigorating style based on breathing. Whatever your level, you'll enjoy a relaxing moment, closing your eyes and feeling the history of this private mansion dedicated to the work of Jean-Jacques Henner. Your teacher will then suggest a guided meditation in front of a work of art, a surprising spiritual exercise that will make you see art in a different way, to confront the "beautiful" in a cultural place.
Yoga mats are not included in the price of the activity, so participants are invited to bring their own for greater comfort. Are you ready for this cultural and sporting activity?
