Do you like to walk in nature and discover the region's heritage? The Val-de-Marne and Seine-Saint-Denis regions are joining forces to offer you a great hike on June 4, 2023, starting in Champigny-sur-Marne. You will discover, on foot and free of charge, six cultural stages set up for the occasion along the water, over nearly 15 kilometers. The program includes the Maison de l'Abbé Pierre, the Parc des Côteaux d'Avron, the National Circus School of Rosny-sous-Bois, the National Resistance Museum of Champigny-sur-Marne, the history of the cartoonist François Cavanna and Italian immigration in Nogent-sur-Marne, and the Tremblay Park.
A unique experience, accessible to all levels, whether you are an experienced hiker or a curious tourist in search of greenery. Two different itineraries are proposed, but don't forget to reserve! The way to enjoy magnificent landscapes along the Marne, up to Rosny-sous-Bois, but also to see vestiges of the past. In the past, the banks of the river were indeed a place for parties and leisure activities, between guinguettes and swimming.
Take your picnic with you, as there are no restaurants on the route. Come on, let's go?
