Following on from last year's success, Memorun is back again this autumn, to raise awareness of Alzheimer 's disease and bring together sufferers, carers and the general public. Memorun is accessible to all, with four different courses: a short race for children aged 6 to 12, a 5km walk or two races of 5 to 10 kilometers, with all proceeds going to theFrance Alzheimer association. Head to the Bois de Vincennes on September 21 and 22, 2024 to run for a good cause!
Even if this disease, which is very difficult to live with on a daily basis, is well known, it is still the subject of preconceived ideas, which is why this race also aims to inform participants, thanks to a sports village. On the program: free physical activities adapted to patients, including table tennis, chi gong, handi-boxing and equine mediation, supervised by former top athletes, including Marie-José Pérec! You'll also have access to foodtrucks and awareness-raising stands, accessible to all, to help you learn to recognize the signs.
Whether you're walking or running, alone, with friends or family, help to advance research during a weekend of sport!
