It's off to another Ligue 1 season! The French soccer championship is back on, but it's hard to know which channels to watch this year! Here's the lowdown.

After another Ligue 1 trophy for Paris-Saint-Germain, the French soccer championship is back for another season. But when it comes to TV rights, things are still a little complicated! As Ligue 1 kicks off again on August 15, 2025, with an opening match between Rennes and Marseille, which channel should we tune into to watch our favorite clubs?

Following in the footsteps of Canal+, Amazon and DAZN, a newcomer is now offering almost all matches on its new platform: Ligue1+. Following last year's fiasco, the LFP has launched its own channel, broadcasting eight matches per day, with only one always on BeIN Sports. To access the channel, a monthly subscription of 14.99 euros is offered, giving access to eight of the nine matches on each day.

If you want the full package, you'll still need to add the BeIN Sports package, which costs 15 euros a month. To watch all the matches, you'll need to pay 29.99 euros this year, which is less than usual. For those under 26, there's a no-commitment offer of 9.99 euros per month on mobiles, tablets and computers.

The platform will be available on the four networks of Orange, SFR, Free and Bouygues, as well as DAZN, with further agreements in the pipeline. The Champions Trophy, the two end-of-season multiplexes and the play-offs will also be broadcast on Ligue 1+, and two magazines are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.
