During the 2024 Christmas vacations, on the very first weekend of the festive season, thetown of Rambouillet is organizing a new edition of its Corrida, a night-time race through the town. Organized by theRambouillet Sports Athlétisme association, the Corrida de Rambouillet features a unique 11-kilometer course, during a night race through the streets of the town center and the magnificent park of the Château de Rambouillet.
On Saturday, December 21, 2024, take to the streets of Rambouillet, decked out in winter lights for the festive season. Discover the park of the Château de Rambouillet, a former presidential residence, at nightfall, and light up on a course of two loops, totalling no less than 11 kilometers.
This festive race allows amateurs (and beginners, as the event is open to all) to outdo themselves, but above all, to have fun: so runners are encouraged to come dressed up for the occasion! As this is a night-time race, the start will be at 8pm, and all runners must be equipped with a headlamp. Each runner will need to bring a headlamp, and the cost is €13 per runner to pick up a number and take part in this unusual race in Rambouillet.
