A phenomenal guitarist and a talented harmonicist: here’s the duet to be discovered as soon as possible this Spring!
After working together on the 2013 album “Get Up!” (Billboard’s Blues Albums #1 and thanks to which the duet is awarded the GRAMMY for “Best Blues Album” in 2014), Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite are working together again to release a new shared album.
Released on March 30, 2018, “No Mercy in This Land” tells both Ben Harper and Charlie Whitemussel’s personal stories and adds to the sonic history of American struggle and survival.”
“Charlie Musselwhite is that very rare and hallowed place where blues past, present and future collide”, Ben Harper says of his associate and friend. “He transforms notes into emotions that feel both hauntingly familiar and brand new, as if hearing them for the first time every time. He is a living legend whose harmonica playing should be beamed into outer space to search for other life forms.”

And who says new album, says new tour. The two friends will perform several concerts worldwide with two nights scheduled in our dear Paris.
