For its fifth edition, the Paris Paradis festival is breaking new ground. This year, Le Parisien, the newspaper behind the event, joins forces with Live Nation France.
" We're delighted and excited to be working with Le Parisien on this unique project, which focuses on experience and sharing. Working with the media is a rewarding collaboration. We appreciate Le Parisien's commitment to artists and culture in general," said Angelo Gopee, Managing Director of Live Nation France, in a press release issued on April 7.
" Together with Pierre Louette, CEO of Groupe Les Echos - Le Parisien, we are delighted that Le Parisien will be able to draw on Live Nation France's experience to continue growing the Le Parisien festival. This year, more than ever, Paris Paradis is positioned as the back-to-school family event, with activities for all and a top-notch music and comedy program designed in collaboration with the newspaper's culture department," said Sophie Gourmelen, General Manager of Le Parisien, in the same press release.
Mark your calendars! The 2023 edition of the Paris Paradis festival will take over various areas of the Parc de la Villette on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September 2023. The festival will feature two open-air stages for concerts. A second, covered stage will be set up under the Cabaret Sauvage big top for stand-up shows.
What's on the program for this new edition of Paris Paradis ? Family activities in a verdant setting, but also culture with concerts and comedy shows, spread over several open-air stages.
After welcoming last year -M-, Patrick Bruel, Tiakola, Peter Doherty & Fred Lo, Mickey 3D, Cats on Trees, as well as Waly Dia, Panayotis Pascot, Baptiste Lecaplain and Morgane Cadignan... who has the honor of making you dance and laugh this fall? Well, this year, eclecticism is once again in the spotlight, as the Paris Paradis festival announces the arrival of the new French musical phenomenon, Zaho de Sagazan. On the rap front, Kerchak and Le Juiice will be on hand. For rock fans, don't miss Ko Ko Mo, The Inspector Cluzo and Silmarils. Want more? Mosimann is also announced, as are Joé Dwèt Filé, Nuit incolore, Franglish, Doya, Patrice, Julien Clerc, Martin Solveig and Kendji Girac!
On the comedy front, the Paris Paradis Festival also hits the big time, welcoming Thomas Ngijol, Manu Payet, Fanny Ruwet, Bun Hay Mean, Doully and Merwane Benlazar.
Please note that tickets are now available. As a reminder, the Paris Paradis festival was launched in 2018 by the editors of Le Parisien, with the aim of recreating links between city dwellers and rethinking their habits. Described as an eco-designed event, the festival was imagined around 5 themes: better being, better consuming, better finding each other, better understanding each other and better wandering.
