This spring, the Irish band Walking on Cars hits the European roads as part of their new tour.
From Prague to Cork without forgetting London, Cologne, Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Brussels, Glasgow, Belfast… Walking on Cars will also come to France for one night and one night only on Friday May 3, 2019 at Paris Trabendo.
Three years after their first album called “Everything This Way”, the quartet originally coming from Dingle, Ireland, is back with a new and second opus. Called “Colours”, this album is already expected in stores for April 12, 2019 at Virgin EMI. In the meantime, the band has already seduced us with the release of the single “Monster”:
Mixing synthesizers, guitars and swings, “Monsters” has become a genuine “pathfinder” for the album. “On the first album it was very organic: sit in a room, jam it out, tour it, come back, change the song” Sorcha Durham said.
Mostly recorded between the band’s own studio in Dingles, the legendary RAK studios in London as well as the Angelic studios near Banbury, “Colours” is a kaleidoscopic album full of sounds, emotions, synth-rock imagination and a brilliant writing.
To (re)discover Walking On Cars live and the band’s new tracks on stage, head to Paris Trabendo on May 3, 2019.
For the record, Walking On Cars sold over 325,000 copies of “Everything This Way” worldwide and over 60,000 concert tickets!
