Closer Music: the festival returns to Lafayette Anticipations in 2025

The Closer Music Festival returns to Lafayette Anticipations in Paris with a new, seventh edition on Friday March 7 and Saturday March 8, 2025. See you soon to discover the program, and don't miss the opening of the ticket office on January 15.

Live music invites itself to Lafayette Anticipations for the new and 7th edition of the Closer Music festival. This year, the musical event changes its date, opting for early March, and takes place over two days, as opposed to three last year. Mark your calendars: the Paris festival is not to be missed on Friday March 7 and Saturday March 8, 2025.

But the musical event is determined to continue opening up to new visual and sonic perspectives. For two evenings in a row, the Closer Music Festival will offer an eclectic program featuring a new generation of artists in direct contact with the world.

Having already welcomed such talented artists as the late Mark Lanegan & Not Waving, as well as Robert Görl, Space Afrika & Blackhaine, Lyra Pramuk and Pan Daijing, Closer Music has every intention of once again pulling out all the stops to seduce your discerning ears and take us on a journey.

For the moment, the program has not yet been announced, but it should be soon. So stay tuned! Remember last year's Lafayette Anticipations, where a host of talented artists took to the stage, including Catalan singer and pianist Marina Herlop, pmxper, the duo made up of Pavel Milyakov (Buttechno) and Aleksandra Zakharenko (Perila), Berlin-based experimental producer Ziúr, not to mention England's Elvin Brandhi and Egypt's Abdullah Miniawy. In 2025, the festival is announcing the presence of artists"who transcend the boundaries of genres and styles" and"who have already made the Fondation resound, but also the great musical talents of tomorrow".
