It's no longer a secret: Metallica will set the Stade de France on fire twice this spring, on Wednesday 17 and Friday 19 May 2023. On the program? Two shows with totally different setlists and a new scenography with a central circular stage and a snake pit!
But for this new European tour, Metallica is going all out with a series of exclusive events to celebrate their arrival in the City of Light. On the program? An exclusive pop-up store to be discovered during 5 days only, with merchandising that is likely to create long queues in the center of the capital.
On Thursday, May 18, 2023 (Ascension Day), between the two Metallica concerts at the Stade de France, fans of the American Thrash Metal band will be able to (re)discover at the Grand Rex three films about the mythical band.
On the evening of May 18th, Metallica fans will have the choice between going to the Bataclan for a special evening " Play'em all - A Metallica Celebration! " or joining the mk2 Bibliothèque to live an exceptional meeting with Ross Halfin, the official photographer of the American band.
Pop-up store Metallica in Paris: an ephemeral store to discover during 5 days
On the occasion of its two concerts in Paris, Metallica announces the opening of a pop-up store. To be discovered from Tuesday 16 to Saturday 20 May 2023, in the 1st arrondissement of the capital, this ephemeral store will offer exclusive merchandising with the effigy of the band, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, vinyls or posters and skateboards.
