News alert! A veritable benchmark in K-pop, and considered the world's No. 1 K-pop show, the legendary"MCOUNTDOWN" arrives in France this autumn. Mark your calendars! Join us in Europe's largest indoor venue, the Paris La Défense Arena, on Sunday, October 15, 2023, to experience"MCOUNTDOWN IN France" in the flesh.
So, what can we expect on stage on October 15? In a press release issued on August 29, Paris La Défense Arena announced that <MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE>would feature " a very broad special program, original content, designed especially for European fans ". Since then, the musical line-up has been unveiled, and audiences will have the immense pleasure of seeing live the star Psy, author of the worldwide hit"Gangnam Style", as well as the 100% female group Dreamcatcher, the famous groups Ateez and NCT Dream, and K-Tigers. Treasure, the South Korean group formed in 2019, will also be on hand, as will Shownu and Hyungwon from Monsta_X.
The evening will thus be an opportunity for all French K-Pop fans to gather around a huge musical event that promises some great surprises around K-culture and this musical style that continues to make fans. For those less familiar with the show,"MCOUNTDOWN" has been spearheading Korean music programming since its launch in 2004, thanks to its avant-garde shows.
This is not the first time that Paris La Défense Arena has hosted a show dedicated to K-Pop. Last April, Paris La Défense Arena opened its doors to Stray Kids, Enhypen, AB6IX and The Boyz for the Music Bank festival.
