Remember, after a break in 2013, the We Love Green Festival was back in action in 2014, taking over the Parc de Bagatelle for two exceptional days. This third edition welcomed Foals, Cat Power, Lorde, London Grammar and Pedro Winter. In 2016, PJ Harvey, LCD Soundsystem, Diplo, Air and Hot Chip caused a sensation in the festival's new clearing in the Bois de Vincennes. The result? The 2016 edition welcomed a record 47,000 festival-goers, 43 concerts and DJ sets, and 31 speakers, including contemporary art poet Olafur Eliasson.
After equally successful editions in 2017, 2018 and 2019, the We Love Green Festival has unfortunately been forced to cancel its 2020 and 2021 editions, due to Covid-19.
In 2022, the festival experienced an extraordinary edition on several counts... Although violent weather forced the event to cut Saturday short, We Love Green still managed to gather some 100,000 festival-goers on the Bois de Vincennes site!
In 2023, the We Love Green family adventure continued with a new edition featuring shows by Orelsan, Phoenix (scheduled for 2022, but cancelled due to thunderstorms), Push T, Gazo, PLK, The Blaze, Skrillex, Bon Iver, Dinos and NxWORRIES, Lorenzo, Disiz and Khali.
From now on, all eyes will be on the 2024 edition of We Love Green, expected once again in the Bois de Vincennes. And once again, the musical event will take place over three days, on Friday May 31, Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2.
In terms of programming, We Love Green has already announced the first headliner of its 2024 edition, none other than rapper Ninho!

Known for her many collaborations with Drake, Rihanna and Kendrick Lamar, SZA is the author of two opuses, the latest of which,"SOS", was released in 2022. Next summer, SZA will take to the Bois de Vincennes for a not-to-be-missed show on Sunday June 2, 2024.
Want more? We Love Green also confirms the arrival of electro duo Justice, rappers Hamza, Luidji, Josman, Shay and Rounhaa, as well as South Korean artist Peggy Gou, Canadian Kaytranada, L'Impératrice and Australian rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, British band Four Tet and Troy Sivan.
Also announced are the American singer and musician and former member of Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon, as well as male revelation of the year Yamê, Meryl, Eddy de Pretto and Lewis OfMan.

For this year's edition, built around biodiversity, the We Love Green festival has also chosen to reinvent itself. In a press release, the organizers explain that the village asso is"undergoing a makeover". "Gone is the classic stoic village asso, associations will be on the move to reach out to festival-goers". But reassure regulars, We Love Green is not taking away the mythical tipi asso, which"will take on the appearance of a small Think Tank, with a well-crafted program of workshops, discussions and exchanges for young and old alike", it adds. In 2024, festival-goers will also be treated to the presence of Michelin-starred chefs in the Bois de Vincennes, who will once again be cooking with the young up-and-comers - and always in vegan mode!
