October has barely dawned, and we're counting the days until the All Saints' vacation 2024! So, from October 19 to November 3, we're taking advantage of a program entirely designed for children and families in the capital's not-to-be-missed museums: this is your chance to discover or rediscover the Musée de l'Homme during the school vacations!
Families can look forward to a wide range of activities, including storytelling tours, workshops to become a budding archaeologist, creative workshops to slip into the shoes of prehistoric man, and even meetings with researchers! It's also an opportunity to explore the Musée de l' Homme on your own with the kids, and discover the many treasures to be found in the museum's permanent collections. Discover the ox fresco, the "laurel leaf" flint, the Venus de Lespugue, pieces of the Australopithecus Lucy skeleton... There's plenty for even the youngest visitors to discover in these rich collections, before or after a museum workshop, especially as a free booklet-game is available for children aged 4 to 6 or 7 to 11 (downloadable from the website)! Why not spend an afternoon at the Musée de l'Homme for the All Saints' Day vacation 2024 ?
