The Iron Lady was indeed conceived in the Hauts-de-Seine region, in the heart of themanufacturing workshops located in Levallois.
Gustave Eiffel was a town councillor there for 12 years! For the occasion, the peristyle of theHôtel de Ville is transformed and immersed in the late 19th century, thanks to exceptional decorations, from January 23 to February 17, 2024!
Immerse yourself in the world of the recent film Eiffel, through storyboards, photos from the shoot, preparatory drawings by Maïté Goblet and the fabulous film costumes worn by Emma Mackey and Romain Duris, on loan for the occasion from the Fondation Jérôme Seydoux-Pathé.
Discover the Eiffel Tower as actress and film star, featured on numerous posters to be admired in the staircases, and immerse yourself in four worlds around Gustave Eiffel, in the Salons d'Honneur.
Rediscover the illustrious engineer who designed the framework for the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower, and participated in the creation of iconic monuments such as the Bon Marché, Lycée Carnot and Paradis Latin. The exhibition is designed to be fun and accessible to children, who can enjoy a real step back in time thanks to reconstructions, 3D constructions, a children's book area and spectacular educational videos on the Eiffel Tower.
