Ae-la is more than just an exhibition. The works of art are interspersed with artists' performances and visual and sound installations. From September 26 to October 1, Cathy Cocat awaits you in the heart of Paris, at Vitrines Les Arches Citoyennes.

Cathy Cocat presents Ae-la, a performance and installation featuring five performers, a musician and a visual, sound and olfactory installation. From September 26 to October 1, 2024, the freeexhibition can be seen just a stone's throw from theHotel de Ville at Vitrines Les Arches Citoyennes.

But what awaits you at Cathy Cocat 's Ae-la exhibition? Performers will evolve in abstract settings inspired by artists' portraits, in which a musician will embody the vibration. To create these portraits, five artists took part in meditation and visualization sessions, opening the door to other realities. These works result from a fusion of stories, fabrics, paintings and impressions, abstract and born of meditative journeys into new forms.

A graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Marseille and the Berlin School of the Arts, Cathy Cocat draws her inspiration from the metaphysics of the living. The artist designs "temple-sculptures", "living works", performances or conscious journeys that explore inner universes and facets of the self. In 2019, she obtained a diploma in art therapy while training with energy practitioners. This transforms her creative approach, integrating new tools such as intuition, intention and meditation.

The free exhibition is open from September 26 to October 1, 2024, from 3 pm to 8 pm, and the opening reception will take place on September 27 at 7 pm. Visits and meditation-visualizations are also available by appointment on October 30 and 1. Cathy Cocat 's Ae-la awaits you at 4 rue Saint-Martin in the 4th arrondissement.
