It's an annual event not to be missed: from March 31 to April 6, 2025, the Journées européennes des Métiers d'Art are back for another edition. This year in France, over 1,000 events are organized around the theme " Traits d'union" .
For one week, workshops, factories, museums, training centers and other unsuspected businesses are in the spotlight all over France. These establishments open their doors to us to discover the exceptional skills and talents of French artisans. This tangible and intangible heritage is France's strength, providing a livelihood for 60,000 craft and living heritage companies, and 160,000 jobs.
This 19th edition of the festival will feature over 200 events in Paris and the surrounding region, open to amateurs and connoisseurs alike, and to young and old alike. Please note: while many of these events are free of charge, some are not.
The program for the event is gradually being unveiled, so check this guide regularly to make sure you don't miss any of the events taking place during the Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
JEMA 2025: free demonstrations of Made in France textile trades at Maison Élysée
This year, Maison Élysée joins the calendar of the Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art (JEMA), on April 4 and 5, 2025.
