On Saturday June 7 and Sunday June 8, 2025, the Cerny la Ferté-Alais (91) aerodrome will be hosting the Time of the Propellers, a historic aerial festival with a host of events.

On the weekend of June 7 and 8, 2025, theCerny la Ferté-Alais airfield in the Essonne region of France will host the 52nd edition of Temps des Hélices, a major air and historical event organized in collaboration with Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis. The theme of this year's Temps des Hélices is aerial celebration: don't miss this unique event in the Paris region !

Since 1970, the Cerny-la Ferté - Alais aerodrome has hosted this major air and historical meeting every year or so, during the Whitsun weekend. " What makes our air show so special is that there are so many different types of aircraft, with historical re-enactments", explains Jean Briez, vice-president of the Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis.

What's on the program? The pilots of these flying machines are preparing ground entertainment, autograph sessions, a parade of vintage motorcycles and cars, as well as historical re-enactments and a fireworks display. In all, over a hundred aircraft will be flying over the Cerny aerodrome, with themed displays based on the history of aeronautics, from the first planes flown by pioneers to the most modern aircraft. This year's theme is aircraft and cinema.

The program for Temps des Hélices 2025 :

  • static display of aircraft, from 9am to 12:15pm
  • flight demonstrations, from 12:50 pm to 6:30 pm (detailed program under construction)

In practical terms, the airfield parking lot will be open from 7am on June 7 and 8, and the flight demonstrations will run from 12.50pm to 6.30pm, while the static display will take place from 9am to 12.15pm. Admission to this major aerial event is €35 per adult, €15 per child (aged 12 to 16), with children under 12 free of charge. Enjoy the meeting!
