The Perchoir team opens a new venue for night owls. This time, they're heading for the Marais and the rue des Francs-Bourgeois to discover Chéper, a dining bar with an electric atmosphere. And it's not in just any old place that the team has set up its new project, but in the mythical Crédit Municipal building, under its magnificent cupola.
When it comes to drinks, Chéper relies on a team of mixologists ready to get you off the ground. Toast with the Aviation cocktail (gin from the perch, crème de violette, luxardo, lemon), the No Mames cocktail (mezcal, tequila, lemon, bell pepper juice, pimiento) or the Red Star cocktail (vodka from the perch, lemon, bissap mint, aniseed).
On the food side, chef Khelil Morin has imagined a menu of dishes from the four corners of the globe, including grilled monkfish cheek with parsley and red curry, crispy lamb shoulder with green harissa, and porcini gnocchi with vegetable plume demi-glace. Mouth-watering!
And on weekends, it's brunch for everyone, with a classic version on Saturdays and a festive version on Sundays, with music and mimosa to toast friends and family. So, shall we go and visit this new spot?
