Your sunglasses are out and you're already on the lookout for the most beautiful terraces that make the whole of Paris vibrate on sunny days? Then it's time to discover the Roof, a spacious new rooftop terrace in the Halles district.
Located on the roof of the recently opened and renovated Poste du Louvre , this long terrace belongs to the Madame Rêve Hôtel but is open to all, with seating for 250. Suffice to say, there's plenty of room. Open daily from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. (online booking recommended), the venue offers cocktails and finger food with a Japanese flavour.
La Carte :
As an added bonus, hotel residents have their own reserved area with tables and a solarium with deckchairs.
Before our eyes, the rooftops of Paris and its emblematic buildings: from the Centre Pompidou to the Eglise Saint-Eustache. It's time to admire the capital from the air and enjoy a drink in hand. Fancy a game of billiards? Here's a great spot in the fresh air to indulge your passion.
To avoid going round in circles, note that the entrance is direct from 43 rue Étienne Marcel, in the same place as the entrance to the restaurant Plume, located on the floor below. Then climb not to 7th heaven, but to 4th to discover the beautiful terrace. Madame Rêve Café also boasts a daisy-covered terrace.
How about a drink on the Roof?
