If you don't know Yummy and Guiltfree, it's a fast good that offers waffles to eat in or take away, and specializes in gluten-free and lactose-free waffles (guaranteed for intolerants). You can enjoy a multitude of sweet waffles, as well as delicious savory waffles like the galettes.
It took several years and the input of several chefs to perfect the base, the recipe for the waffle. A crispy, light and delicious waffle, just like the waffles of yesteryear. Add to this the recipes of Chef Damien Cassart (a chef with 15 years' experience in prestigious establishments such as Alain Ducasse's Louis XV and Yannick Alleno's Mansour) and you've got yourself some delicious combinations.
On the menu, you'll find recipes made to last, the Iconics, such as salmon marinated in hazelnut oil, vegetarian or Thai chicken, as well as seasonal ephemeral recipes. On our visit, we were able to try the excellent braised ham with chop suey cabbage and mushrooms. But I know that cheese lovers will certainly fall for the Montagnarde.
On the sweet side, classics such as chocolate hazelnut, pistachio or Madagascar vanilla. Or maybe lemon curd is just what you're looking for. Happy marriages and associations.
Note that all preparations are homemade, guaranteeing the quality and freshness of waffles made right in front of you.
So why don't you go and try them out for yourself? Beware, they have a taste of old times...
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
