There's so much new at Rural this summer! Opened in 2017, Rural by Marc Veyrat offers 100% Savoyard recipes, prepared using fresh, seasonal produce from small producers selected by chef Veyrat himself.
A new feature is the Camion-Café Rural on the forecourt of the Palais des Congrès, just a few steps from the restaurant. The menu features seasonal salads, soups of the day, Pela de Tartifle des Aravis, Marc Veyrat's famous tartiflette, and a selection of homemade sandwiches: trout gravlax, ham and carrots or 100% vegan.
On the sweet side, Mémé Caravi's desserts are a treat for the sweetest palates. And when it comes to drinks, you'll find homemade hot and cold beverages! It's the place to be for breakfast or lunch!
Another new feature at Rural by Marc Veyrat is the launch of a Sunday brunch on May 11, 2019. Every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, you'll be able to enjoy a brunch with a full, generous basket, including praline brioche, homemade viennoiseries, scrambled eggs with almond milk, Tarn charcuterie and gravlax trout, old-fashioned apple compote, crêpes, French toast and desserts from Mémé Caravi's buffet.
And for the kids, there'll be plenty of nature-related activities to keep them entertained.
