Marianna Mircevski has decided to break the rules and offers a range of deliciouseclairs with original flavors based on the flavors of the most emblematic pastries in her establishments: the Boulangeries Marius.
It offers a range of about twenty original flavors that take us back to childhood, such as the Sébastien Chessecake, the Paris Brest or the Souvenirs d'enfance with Carambar caramel. All in a practical format to enjoy without getting your fingers full!
As a reminder, the éclair, or the little duchess, is a sweet that dates back to the 19th century! It is composed of a choux pastry, finely coated with almonds that is eaten "in a flash". It was Antonin Carême, the creator of profiteroles, who had the idea, for the first time, to fill it with chocolate or coffee and to add a sweet glaze.
This small elongated cabbage, 13 to 14 cm long, still has a lot to offer since pastry chefs Sébastien and Anthony have just given it back its letters of nobility by making it available in 17 fruity and colorful sweets with flavors that will tickle your taste buds. These éclairs are also available in a giant version to share (or not).
Note that Marius bakeries only offer eclairs made on site, in the laboratory of each of the two bakeries-pastry shops. They are all made from fresh, seasonal products and are never frozen.
Just try your luck to win a giant eclair of your choice :
In short, delicious eclairs to enjoy at any time!
