An innovative cooking around the cabbage, from the dish to the dessert, available in version "formula" the midday or in version "brunch" the weekend. For the dish, you can choose one of the different sandwiches, called here "sandwichoux", and composed of a long cabbage instead of bread: "Muxu" (with comté cheese and white ham), the "chèvre & chou" (zucchini caviar, cabbage leaf (the vegetable, this time) and goat cheese), the "vrai chou tarien" (for vegetarians) or the "Thon chou" (tuna rillettes with lemon)...
