Sunday brunch at theMolitor hotel awaitsyou at Brasserie Molitor, with a new menu created by Chef Gregory Gbiorczyk. Every Sunday, starting at 12:30 p.m., we offer an all-you-can-eat brunch , with recipes that vary according to the season.
On the menu: an assortment of viennoiseries and breads straight from M.O.F Frédéric Lalos, cakes of all kinds, madeleines and a variety of cookies. These pastries are the work of Benoît Gressent, the hotel's head pastry chef. We're fans of charlotte, lemon tart, seasonal tartelette and even pavlova marron!
On the savoury side, the brunch salad bar features a chicken Caesar salad, an endive / walnut / bleu de Gex salad, and a mix of worm beans / poached egg / gizzard and smoked duck breast.
Also on the menu for this pantagruelian brunch are scrambled eggs, beef carpaccio, smoked salmon, oysters and prawns, charcuterie, mature cheese , chicken club sandwiches, roast beef, vegetables and guacamole.
As for drinks, on the cold side, there's an assortment of fresh fruit juices and detox juices. For hot beverages, there's a choice of coffees, chocolates, teas and infusions.
A live show stand is also available. As we pass by, we discover a delicious scallop prepared before our very eyes.
An à la carte hot dish is also served at the table. As we passed, we could choose between thesalmon or ham version of theOeuf Molitor Bio, theFilet de canette de Challans with macaroni gratin and Apicaux juice, the Coquillettes à la truffe and the Poisson oublié de ligne du jour with broccoli and sweet potato purée.
All in all, it's a great way to enjoy a gourmet meal, and why not bring the whole family?
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
