Brunch lovers beware! Fitzgerald, the fine gourmet address on the Left Bank, is offering a new brunch experience to be savored without moderation, with a generous à la carte menu based on the codes of a chic bistro with a mastery of exoticism.

Every weekend, foodies have a well-oiled ritual that they wouldn't break for the world: sitting down to a delicious brunch. Now that the warm weather is back, we invite you to discover Fitzgerald's sunny, ultra-generous brunch.

Located on the Left Bank in the chic 7th arrondissement, Fitzgerald is the gourmet address of the Fitz Group, which also owns Vesper and Abstinence in the 15th arrondissement.

For this spring season, Fitzgerald unveils a new brunch offer, as tempting as it is gourmet. While those with smaller appetites will be happy with the à la carte suggestions, those with bigger appetites won't be able to resist the brunch formula, which includes a hot drink, a fresh or detox juice, slices of bread with jam, honey and butter, croissants, followed by a savory dish and a dessert to satisfy the sweet tooth.

When it comes to hot drinks, we opt for the classic cappuccino, sipped from a cocktail glass with a delicious whipped cream topped with a few coffee beans. As for cold drinks, while the yellow detox juice (pineapple and ginger) catches our eye, we opt for the ultra-refreshing iced tea (rooibos infusion and jasmine green tea) and the excellent, herbaceous green detox juice, made with Granny Smith apple, lime and parsley.

After savoring the croissants served while still warm and the bread from Thierry Breton, the tasting continues with the savory course. The brunch menu features four dishes in all, including the famous croque-madame with comté cheese, as well as flatbread with miso eggplant caviar, halloumi with maple syrup and pomegranate. But our taste buds are finally tempted and seduced by the "œuf cocotte " served in a small cassolette with green asparagus and colonnata bacon, followed by the generous tartine of salmon tataki with avocado and sesame.

If our stomachs are already full, we can't resist the call of desserts, with on one side the gourmet and comforting brioche perdue with salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream, and on the other the lemon meringue pancake. We've fallen in love with this sweet proposal, which is both original and delicious!

Generous and complete, the Fitzgerald 's brunch formula will delight indecisive gourmets who are always hesitating between savory or sweet dishes, hot or cold drinks. In keeping with the codes of a chic bistro with an exotic flair, this brunch also makes a point of using seasonal and local produce. And for the youngest guests, Fitzgerald offers the " Brunch des Bambinos " for 25 euros, enough to seduce the little ones and their parents!

Whether as a family, with friends or as a couple, Fitzgerald is sure to please many a gourmet who loves a generous, sunny brunch !
