My Bo Bun, a fast-food concept based on the Vietnamese specialty Bo Bun, has been offering a light and original brunch around it since the start of the school year.

No more pancakes, scrambled eggs and the like for Sunday brunch! My Bo Bun, this fast-food chain in full expansion, offers you a healthy, balanced brunch based on the legendary Vietnamese bo bun .

With a Bo Bun, tea or coffee, fresh fruit juice and dessert, My Bo Bun's brunch formula makes for a balanced, healthy and original brunch with family or friends. No more greasy brunches where you get hungry pretty quickly. With this Vietnamese speciality, you eat well and well.
Originally from southern Vietnam, Bo Bun or bún bò, is made up of rice vermicelli (bún), strips of marinated and sautéed beef (bò), raw vegetables and aromatic herbs, all seasoned with nuoc mam pha. Healthy, fragrant, fresh, dietetic, you name it, we've got it.

If you're looking for a change from the usual brunch fare, head for the soothing decor of the Pyramides restaurant in the 1st arrondissement or Boulogne Billancourt for a Sunday that will also take you on a bit of a journey.
