For the Refugee Food Festival 2024, 11 restaurants in Paris and the Paris region are entrusting their kitchens to refugee chefs to showcase the best of world cuisine. A wonderful initiative to help change the way people look at the status of refugees, to be discovered from June 12 to 24, 2024.
For two weeks and for the 9th year running, 11 restaurants in and around Paris are lending their kitchens to refugee chefs for the Refugee Food Festival 2024, under the patronage ofAlessandra Montagne, chef at Nosso and Tempero in Paris.
"The Refugee Food Festival's mission is to raise awareness, provide information, promote the career paths and talents of exiles, enable the professional integration of refugees in the fragile catering sector, and bring people together around the table," declare the main stakeholders.
From June 12 to 24, 2024, you'll have the chance to sample dishes from Syria, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, Georgia, West Africa, Afghanistan... in some of your favorite Parisian restaurants!
