We announced it a few days back, the Goût de/Good France operation is back for an edition 2019 that we can already say will be delicious. On the five continents and in over 150 countries, thousands of restaurants from different horizons celebrate French gastronomy by providing unique and delicious events.
In addition to the unmissable French dinners, guest can also discover new culinary experiences likely to please sweet-toothed and hearty eaters, small and big budgets.
For instance, meet at Paris Trocadéro, within the International Gastronomy Village on March 21, 2019 to take part in a huge Provençal banquet! In 2019, Provence is given pride of place during the Goût de/Good France event.
A 5-course menu is available that day for a special and soft price – naming €15, all included. This sustainable and Mediterranean menu has been created and will be prepared by 6 Provençal chefs: Gérald Passédat (Le Petit Nice) as the conductor, along with Armand Arnal (La Chassagnette), Jean-André Charial & Glenn Viel (L’Ousteau de Baumanière), Clément Higgins (Bricoleur de Douceurs), Michel Portos (Le Poulpe) and Sébastien Richard (Le Panier de Sébastien).
You’re guaranteed to eat well! But careful though, this banquet will be only available to the first 200 lucky people who will book. Booking opens on March 14, 2019, be ready!
Anchoïade, Camargue oysters, panisse and even Crau lamb’s shoulder and fennel barigoule are on the menu. We’re already mouthwatering!
