L'Alimentation, the amazing bakery of Benoit Castel

Benoit Castel has not finished delighting families with his traditional pastries and breads. Last September, the famous pastry chef and baker unveiled his newest project: L'Alimentation, his "almost" grocery store. And this one is simply amazing and well-stocked.

Imagined as a back kitchen, L'Alimentation is the place to find Benoit Castel's flagship products, obviously homemade. You'll find granola, semi-salted butter and even more original CBD butter for those who are stressed out or who love herbaceous flavors, as well as jams made from seasonal fruits, ancient wheat flour and salish.

It's simple: we didn't know where to turn as the shelves are overflowing with good products and the fridges are overflowing with fresh foodstuffs that are sometimes frankly tempting, sometimes downright practical, ideal for making our lives easier.

Indeed, the big plus of this grocery store is also the possibility to buy products to finish at home to create your own recipes, such as pie shells, shortcrust pastry, buckwheat pancake dough, sweet pancake dough, croutons or bread chips.
