A touch of Berlin in Paris! On Thursday, September 21, 2023, the Food Market is organizing a special German edition ofOktoberfest 2023, with a biergarten atmosphere guaranteed! Join us on the Belleville boulevard between Couronnes and Ménilmontant for a beer-fuelled event. And good beer, with craft beers from Brasserie Demory - beers that first saw the light of day in 1827 before being resurrected in 2009.
On the program: a wide choice of beers, including a special beer brewed for Munich'sOktoberfest, and for those with small or large appetites, a selection of restaurants as usual! Of particular interest are dishes by Alsatian-born chef and food stylist Floriane Dumen.
On the menu: Moricette hot dog (Moricette bread, knack, sauerkraut confit), Moricette gratinée au Munster (Moricette bread, potato, sauerkraut confit, Munster) and pfluttas - fried potato dumplings in butter with apple compote.
And for a little variety, Superfrais and its tasty sandwiches, Rolls and its spring rolls, Chulita and its tortas, Baldoria and its al taglio pizzas, Hanoi Corner and its banh mi will also be there!
Rendezvous on September 21 between 6pm and 10:30pm; and for fans of the oval ball and the Rugby World Cup 2023, note that the first half of the France-Namibia match will be broadcast on site!
