The May edition of the 100% vegetarian Food Market

Here's to all those who have realized that vegetarian cuisine can be downright naughty, and even more gourmet than meat. On May 16, 2024, the Food Market is organizing a 100% vegetarian edition!

To organize this event, the Food Market has called on committed and creative restaurateurs who combine beauty and goodness, while respecting the planet. An ode to vegetarian street-food, gourmet and comforting, to be discovered and enjoyed throughout the evening of May 16, on the Boulevard de Belleville.

Sando with crispy breaded vegetables, spicy naan sandwich, spicy veggie banh mi , pizza with spring vegetables... It's going to be a (veggie) blast! Guest restaurants include Blend, Soma Sando, Majouja, LOAF and Baldoria. And a host of tempting newcomers, including Chocho by chef Thomas Chisholm, Kuna, Fenouil, Delhi Bazaar, Starving Club by Thibaut Spiwack, and many more!

Chef Wilfried Romain will also be on hand to toast a melting grilled cheese, as will the Good Planet Foundation to reveal all the secrets of anti-gaspi and better eating. So, see you there on May 16?
