Les Bonnes Soeurs is a small neighborhood bistro as we like it - comfortable, warm and comforting. Soft sofas to feel at home, chic and uncluttered decoration in shades of grey, walls scattered with photos of surprising nuns, nice music in the background and an intimate atmosphere dimmed in the evening.
In addition to this, the plates are delightful; we taste the Bresaola risotto - tasty and perfectly proportioned - as well as theminced beef with lemongrass, accompanied by a salad and basmati rice. A real treat!
No doubt, we'll have to come back to explore the other dishes on the restaurant's well-stocked menu, notably the Good Sisters' burger with homemade onion jam, its pan-fried scallops, its salads and, above all, its hearty brunch.
In the meantime, we let ourselves be seduced by a lemon pie and by a cookie, cottage cheese and raspberry cup. The desserts are a little disappointing, but the succulent dishes that preceded them make us quickly forget this detail.
