Baltard au Louvre unveils its summer terrace in Paris

A new gourmet terrace awaits you in Paris 1st arrondissement. Beautiful, sunny, Baltard au Louvre terrace will attract people who love to find great sports to grab a bite or relax in the center of Paris.

Do you know Baltard au Louvre? Pirouette and Zébulon’s little brother, this place has just opened its beautiful sunny terrace located in the heart of Paris.

Perfect for a lunch or a bistro-tonic dinner, this terrace counts about twenty spaced tables set on a little and shady square, with an unobstructed view of the majestic Saint Eustache church.

Once comfortably seated, you can fall for the dishes cooked by chef Ewout Vranckx. After working at Plaza Athénée, Louis XV, Le Cing, the young Flemish cook works now in the kitchen of Baltard au Louvre and offers a fresh cooking promoting short circuit and seasonality.

Raw jumbo shrimps with its lemongrass rice water, and its Saint Flour lentils will make more than one foody fall like the cereal crisp and its avocado cream and its yuzu vinaigrette, or the green asparagus from Provence served with oats and cream cheese.

Please note that at nighttime, the cook offers a discovery menu in 3 or 4 courses, to create according to what your heart desires.

In terms of rates, the restaurant has a lunch menu at €22 if you choose to have a starter and a main course, and at €30 if you go for a starter, a main course and a dessert. But the menu in 3 courses will cost you €39 and €45 for the 4-course dinner. And let’s not forget that on Sunday lunches, there’s the Sunday lamb for €29 (starter – main course – dessert)
