This famous Japanese chain has just opened its first restaurant in France! TAKESAN's famous ramen, served in the traditional Donabe, a traditional Japanese earthenware pot, is now available near Opéra in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. This restaurant transports you straight to Nagano, Japan, with authentic, tasty ramen prepared with different types of broth (pork, halal and vegan chicken), 100% homemade noodles and artisanal miso.

Tetsuaki Takeda's vision

Tetsuaki Takeda, the passionate founder of Takesan, aims to share with Parisians the unique flavors of his native region. As a ramen artisan, he combines history, tradition, creativity and originality to offer an unrivalled culinary experience.

Each bowl of ramen is a work of art, steeped in the rich traditions of Nagano and served in a donabe, a Japanese earthenware pot, to preserve the warmth and depth of flavor.

Artisanal Miso: A traditional elixir

The soul of Takesan is the Shinshu miso specially created for the restaurant by KOKUHEI-MISO. This is one of the few breweries still following traditional methods - fermenting miso in wooden vats for one to two years, with no additives added.
