Discover Ebis, an Asian restaurant offering cuisine inspired by Taiwanese and Japanese specialties. Reserve your table now to discover this restaurant in the 1st arrondissement.

In the heart of Paris, between the Palais Royal and the Opéra, since 2005, the house has been showcasing a fusion cuisine that is very popular in the major cities of the land of the rising sun, magnifying the meeting of Taiwan and Japan.

In 1986, Chef LUU won recognition when he took part in the AUGUST ESCOFFIER International Festival, under the patronage of Jacques Chirac, Mayor of Paris and former French President.

The menu is a slide show of two countries: JAPAN and TAIWAN. From Taiwanese spices to Nipponese condiments, all the specificities of these two gastronomies can be found on the EBIS table.

Under the impetus of Chef LUU, EBIS is the result of a unique inspiration, and the singular meeting of two continents - Europe and Asia.

Ebis, Ebisu or Yebisu is the Japanese deity of sinners, merchants and prosperity.
