Wine lovers, head for Terra Bar à Vins, Terra Restaurant's address in the heart of the Montorgueil district, offering a tasty menu for both dinner and drinks. We've tried it, we'll tell you!

Fancy a glass of wine with a delicious dinner? Let's head for Terra Bar à Vins, Terra Restaurant 's little brother, located a stone's throw from the first establishment, on the same street, at 63 rue des Gravilliers in Paris's 3rd arrondissement. Opening its doors after another of the brand's hits, Chez Nous, the restaurant offers simple, accessible cuisine, with a highly eclectic and sophisticated wine list, available only in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday.

And that's the whole point: to offer a unique and surprising selection of wines to match the various dishes on offer at dinner. Sauvignon, Sancerre, Vouvray, Gewurtztraminer, Riesling and other Bordeaux and Côtes du Rhône wines... So many flavors to discover, both by the glass and by the bottle. A visit to Terra Bar à Vins also means taking a seat in the kitchen, around a large counter - a real French-style teppanyaki - where chef Oscar Verlant prepares delicious dishes right in front of you, just for you.

A menu that varies seasonally and according to market arrivals, but above all one that we were able to try: we were tempted by miso salmon, kohlrabi and green apple, accompanied by a glass of Tourraine Amboise, Le Clocher, Bonnigal & Bodet, as well as by a Japanese wagyu burger with truffled mayonnaise, accompanied by a Bordeaux, Cuvée K, Château Massereau.

Beyond the fish suggestion, perfect in every way, the chef's cuisine is simply divine, prepared à la minute in front of you. Special mention should be made of the Wagyu burger, which has a very fine texture and is particularly tasty. As for the wine, we particularly appreciated the Bordeaux, with its strong character and ideal for the burger. For dessert, we also opted for the two dishes on the menu, namely the creamy lemon and Soliès figs, and the poached pear with black sesame. Two rather light, well-balanced desserts to finish this meal in style, accompanied by a glass of Crémant.

We also appreciate the value for money, which is very fair and quite affordable. An excellent address, therefore, for all lovers of good dinners and good wines!
